Refunds or returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence and original order reference.

 

Due to the bespoke nature of sewn assemblies and custom hardware configurations, refunds are not available for made-to-order products unless the item is faulty or does not meet agreed specifications.

 

•     Contact Webbing Buckles Straps via wbs-sales@outlook.com with your order number and issue description.

•     If approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued.

•     Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and clearly marked with the RAN.

•     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

 

Returned items will be inspected within 5 working days of arrival. If the issue is confirmed, a refund, replacement, or credit will be issued within 7 working days.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

•     Goods damaged due to misuse or improper installation

•     Items returned without prior authorization
